90-Day Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a Lynchcast Certified Reconditioned device. Every product is professionally inspected, tested, and verified for functionality prior to sale. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage provided with your purchase.


1. Warranty Coverage

Lynchcast Tech provides a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering defects in functionality or hardware failures that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

This warranty applies only to products sold as:

  • Lynchcast Certified Reconditioned

  • Lynchcast Certified Refurbished

  • Lynchcast Certified Renewed

Coverage begins on the original date of delivery or pickup.


2. What Is Covered

During the 90-day warranty period, Lynchcast Tech may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace defective components

  • Replace the device with an equivalent product

  • Issue store credit or a partial/full refund if repair is not possible

Covered issues include:

  • Failure of internal hardware components under normal use

  • Charging issues not caused by physical damage

  • Defective buttons, speakers, microphones, or cameras

  • Battery defects resulting from hardware failure

  • Display defects not caused by impact or liquid damage

  • Failure of professionally installed replacement parts


3. Battery Coverage

Batteries are consumable components and naturally degrade over time.

All Lynchcast Certified Reconditioned devices include batteries tested to meet acceptable operational standards prior to sale.

The warranty covers:

  • Battery failure

  • Severe abnormal battery drain caused by hardware malfunction

  • Failure to charge under normal conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal battery wear

  • Reduced battery capacity over time

  • User-related charging damage


4. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Cracked screens or glass

  • Liquid damage

  • Physical abuse or misuse

  • Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by improper repairs or modifications

  • Damage from power surges or improper charging accessories

  • Software issues caused by user-installed software or malware

  • Loss of data

  • Devices opened or repaired by unauthorized parties

  • Water resistance failure (water resistance cannot be guaranteed after refurbishment)

  • Burn-in, image retention, or OLED wear consistent with normal usage


5. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The device has been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than Lynchcast Tech

  • Serial numbers or identifying labels are removed or altered

  • The device shows signs of liquid intrusion

  • The device is intentionally damaged or modified

  • The issue is determined to be caused by neglect or misuse


6. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact Lynchcast Tech within the 90-day warranty period

  2. Provide proof of purchase

  3. Describe the issue in detail

  4. Return the device for inspection if requested

Customers may be required to:

  • Ship the device to Lynchcast Tech

  • Properly package the device to prevent shipping damage

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Lynchcast Tech unless otherwise stated. Return shipping after approved warranty repair may be covered by Lynchcast Tech.


7. Inspection & Diagnosis

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing.

If the issue is found to be:

  • Covered under warranty → repair/replacement will be performed

  • Not covered under warranty → customer may receive a repair quote

If no issue is found, diagnostic or return shipping fees may apply.


8. Data & Privacy

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting a device for warranty service.

Lynchcast Tech is not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Corrupted files

  • Lost accounts

  • SIM cards

  • SD cards

  • Personal accessories left with the device

Devices may be factory reset during diagnosis or repair.


9. Limitation of Liability

Lynchcast Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Loss of personal data

  • Downtime or inconvenience

  • Damage exceeding the original purchase price of the device


10. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser unless otherwise approved in writing by Lynchcast Tech.
